| 摘 要： | 霍布斯是著名西方近代政治思想家。他从人性论出发,以一个虚构的自然状态为起点,提出了自然法、自然权利的基本原则,进而通过社会契约论,建立了他的国家学说。虽然,他的国家学说的结论是君主专制主义的,是极其保守的,但我们还要认识其理论中的进步因素,对其社会契约论进行全面的分析和科学的评价。

| Abstract: | Hobbes is a well-known political thinker in the western modern history of thought.Based on the theory of human nature and the natural conditions,he proposed the basic principles about the natural laws and the natural rights.Then he established his theory of the state according to the social contract theory.Although the conclusion of his theory is extremely conservative,we must realize the progressive factors of his theory. |
