It is obvious in modern art education that most disciples inherit the tradition of their respectable masters,students seldom break down the old conventions and their works often lack creativity,it is in a slack artistic atmosphere with relatively backward technical ability and less distinctive individuality,some art teachers have serious dogmatism in their work,and with unclear teaching objectives,a few teachers pay too much attention to economic returns.Therefore,the culture knowledge and self-quality of some art teachers really need to be improved.After all,it requires teachers to transmit,teach knowledge and resolve problems.
