| 摘 要： | 本文在分析"三农"问题现状的基础上,对"三农"问题难解的根源进行了探讨,指出城乡差别发展 战略是酿成"三农"问题的根源,统筹城乡经济社会发展是破解"三农"问题的根本出路,最后分析了统筹城乡经济 社会发展的对策和措施。
