政党执政后的存在形式

政党执政后有两种存在形式——国家政权体制内的政党和国家政权体制外的政党。在政权体制内党最活跃的地方是议会;在政府中有的政府与政党重合（两党制）,有的由数党代表政府（多党制）;党对司法的影响具有分散性和间接性。在政权体制外,党组织有自己的组织和工作,在合法的前提下可依党章活动。政权体制内、外的政党间的组织关系有三种：体制外党组织领导体制内党组织;体制内党组织领导体制外党组织;体制内、外基本不存在领导关系。
