| 摘 要： | 近年来，大学生毕业就业形势日趋紧张，就业难现象已经显露出来，高等教育的“大众化”与社会有限的高教人才吸纳力间的矛盾日益突出，究其原因乃高等教育人才供应与社会人才需求失衡，解决问题的关键在于协调好高等教育人才供应与社会人才需求间的质量结构对应关系，建立健全大学生毕业人才市场体系。
