| 摘 要： | 信用建设的滞后已成为丽水经济社会进一步快速发展的重大阻力。为了维护丽水形象，建立丽水信用，增强丽水综合竞争力，健全和完善社会主义市场经济体制，使丽水经济在新世纪能够健康快速发展，必须采取有效措施，加快构筑信用体系，推进“信用丽水”建设。

| Abstract: | The slow construction of credit has already been a major obstacle of Lishui's social and economic further development.In order to improve the image of Lishui,increase its comprehensive competitive force,strengthen and perfect the socalist market economy,and ensure a healthy development for Lishui's economy in the new century,certain effective measures must be taken to accelerate the building of Lishui's credit system and move its credit construction forward. |
