| 摘 要： | 本文利用文献调查的方法对20世纪90年代以来我国图书馆界有关图书馆员职业倦怠的研究状况进行较为系统的评述，并与国外相关研究进行比较，指出目前研究的不足之处，以期引起我国图书馆界的重视，并明确今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature review, this paper looks at the research on librarian job burnout since 1990s in Mainland China. Compared with the related research in foreign countries, the author points out the weaknesses of research in our country so as to attract more attention of the library profession in China and to clarify the trends of development in this research area. |
