一般高师本科院校的人才培养模式探索

随着21世纪社会经济和科学技术的高速发展，高师本科院校原有的传统人才培养模式已不适应时代发展的要求。新构建的“厚基础、宽口径、高素质、强适应的全能式自主发展性的高素质创新型中小学教师”培养目标和人才培养规格，以及“学科专业教育加教师专业教育”的人才培养方式，自然受到人们的关注和重视。但必须转变教育思想，更新教育观念；制定专业标准，加强专业管理；加大财力投入，加强基本建设。
