利用烟气除尘灰水处理高浓度印染废水的实验

摘    要:利用锅炉燃煤烟气除尘灰水综合处理高浓度印染废水 ,在不同的处理工艺参数条件下 ,使两种废水直接混合进行试验。实验结果表明 ,烟气除尘灰水与高浓度印染废水体积比 1∶2 - 1∶3混合液 ,经沉淀分离后的上清液CODCr去除率 >16 % ,SS去除率 >6 0 % ,色度去除率 >5 0 %以上。为后续生化处理降低设备负荷、以废治废降低治理成本的新工艺设计 ,提供设计思路和可靠的实验数据。

Abstract:Experimental study on the pretreatment of the dyeprinting wastewater by using the wastewater got from the flue gas of burning coal which is cleaned.We experimented on two kinds of wastewater which is mixed in different condition of treating technology parameter.As a result,in the clean water separated from the Precipitate of mixture,the rate of COD CR remove is>16%,SS>60%,chrominance>50%.The result can provide date of design and experiment for lowering equipment load of treating biology and chemistry and for reducing the cost of new technology design.
