对外贸易对我国就业影响的实证分析

改革开放以来的实证分析表明,我国对外贸易对就业影响是积极的,但随着入世和我国重工业化进程的推进,对就业拉动作用在逐渐减弱。面对日益严峻的就业形势和环境资源压力,我国传统的贸易增长方式越来越不适应国内结构调整和经济增长方式转型的需要,越来越不适应我国人力资源结构变化的要求,因此,要及时调整对外贸易政策,改变无就业增长的经济增长模式,推动经济增长方式的转型和就业结构的调整。

Positive Analysis on the Effect of International Trade on Employment in China

The positive analysis after the reform-openness show that our country foreign trade of the influence on employment is aggressive,but along with entrance WTO and propulsion of our heavy-industrialization,the effect of trade on employment die down gradually.Face to the fast increasing employment and the environment-resources pressures,our traditional trade growth model does not suit to the demand of the economy structure adjustment and transformation of economy growth model more and more,and not suit to the request of change of the human resource structure.Therefore,we must adjust foreign trade policy in time,change the economy growth mode of non-growth in employment,and push to change the economy growth model and to adjust employment structure.
