摘    要:从教与学的关系探讨大学创新人才的培养,是当前高等教育值得重视的一个问题.大学培养创新人才的首要条件,是让学生树立批判意识,使学生由知识消极被动的接受者变为知识积极主动的思考者.大学培养创新人才应该还学生以自由空间,使学生从"三个中心"中解放出来,在广阔自由空间施展才华.大学培养创新人才要有良好学风,克服学生中存在的浮躁情绪和急功近利思想,养成刻苦、踏实的学风.

Abstract:It's a noticeable problem in higher education nowadays to probe into the bringing up of creativeperson with abi1ities in university from the re1ation between teaching and learning. The a1limportant conditionfor carrying out this aim is, I think, letting students set up critica1 consciousness, therefore changing themfrom negative receivers to active thinkers of knowledge. To cu1tivate creative person with abi1ities inuniversity, our education ought to at the same time give use in a wider degree. Additionally, good style ofstudy is necessary too the purpose of bringingup creative students, which will overcome the blunderingemotion and the eager - for - quick - sccessed idea in students, and help them possess the assiduous andsteadfast ones.
