| 摘 要： | 高职院校毕业生就业难,形势严峻,原因是社会普遍存在人才高消费现象,很多用人单位对高职生有偏见,高职生就业心理也存在一些问题,高职院校的专业设置不适应市场需要,办学条件差影响学生动手能力的培养等。解决高职院校毕业生就业难的对策是政府要采取有利于大学生就业的措施;学校应根据市场需要进行改革,强化就业教育指导力度,加强学生综合素质培养;学生要转变观念,提高自身素质。

| Abstract: | It is difficult for graduates from technical institutes to obtain employment due to strict requirements and prejudice from employing units, graduates’ mentality of self-contempt, maladjustment of technical institutes’ specialty, unfavorable teaching and studying environment which curbs the cultivation of students’ technical skills. Therefore, favorable measures must be taken: technical institutes must reform its courses to meet the needs of personnel market and strengthen theireducational coaching and the cultivation of students’ integrated abilities while the students should change their concept towards employment and improve themselves as well. |
