| 摘 要： | 运用"人才结构偏离度系数"、"等级位差"等实证分析方法,纵向对比,重点分析海南省人才结构与产业、行业协调性。海南要通过改善行业工作环境、完善人才竞争机制、加快调整经济结构、深化教育体制改革、实施人才倾斜政策等措施优化人才结构。

| Abstract: | Empirical analysis methods, such as ＂Talent structure deviation degree coefficient＂ ,＂ Grade difference＂, are used for vertical comparison and analysis on the coordination of talent structure with economic development in Hainan Province. The key finding is that Hainan will need to optimize the personnel structure by improving the working environment and completing the talent competition mechanism, accelerating econom- ic restructuring, deepening education reform and implementing the talent policy. |
