| Abstract: | In this paper,the Self-Organization Theory is used to point out the objective necessity on the development of the rural financial system.Combined with the Financial Intermediary Function Theory,it also analyses the key factors for fostering the rural financial self-organizing system.The paper demonstrates that establishing the rural community banks can be a practical choice for the formation of rural financial self-organizing system. |
