| 摘 要： | 高校学生社团在本质上讲是一种组织形态。组织形态下的高校学生社团建设与管理需要以社团的价值目标为核心,形成社团独特的组织文化;建立社团成员与社团之间的心理契约,提高其对社团的组织承诺;把握社团成员的角色心理,建立合理的组织结构;明确社团的活动领域,打造社团的品牌活动。
