试论新疆人口、资源、环境与经济发展中的矛盾与对策

多年来新疆人一直认为我们有占全国六分之一的国土,有丰富的地下资源和独特的气候和光热资源,靠资源优势带动经济发展被大部分人认同。本文提出由于新疆所处的特殊地理位置和气候条件,使生态系统显得特别脆弱,我们应做好新疆人口、资源、环境与经济协调发展的对策,正确处理经济发展同人口、资源、环境的关系。

On the Conflicts Among the Population, Resources, Environment and the Economical Development

People in Xinjiang always feel proud of possessing one - sixth land of the country, and the region is full of underground resources and unique climate and solo heating resources, and thus agreed in general that the advantage of the abundant resources can enhance the development of economy. But somehow, this article pointed that the unique geographic position and climate condition actually lead to the fragility of the ecosystem. That is why this article urged that we had better find the strategies that may help develop the local population, resources, environment and economy in a harmonious way, and correctly dispose the relationship between the development and the local population, resources and environment.
