| 摘 要： | 中古佛典对"寒地狱"名称的翻译多用音译,其得名源于梵文里表示疼痛、惊讶的拟声词,而这种拟声词与汉语相关的拟声词语音形式恰好对应.从汉语语音特点来看,汉语表示疼痛、痛惜、惊讶的拟声词可以分成三类;而且,随着语音的发展变化,汉语拟声词的文字形式也随之改变.

| Abstract: | In medieval Buddhist Scriptures,the names of "the cold hell" were usually transliterated.These names are derived from the onomatopoeic words which are used to express pain or astonishment in Sanskrit,and also these onomatopoeic words correspond to the phonetic forms of the one related in Chinese coincidently.In this essay,we make a detailed study of the types and phonetic relations of the onomatopoeic words which were used to express pain or astonishment in medieval Chinese.Additionally,we also summarize several features of the onomatopoeic words in medieval Chinese. |
