高等中医药院校针灸推拿学专业“双师型”师资队伍建设路径初探

目前,高等中医药院校针灸推拿学专业"双师型"师资队伍人才匮乏。通过对全国23所高等中医药院校的调研发现,近一半院校针灸推拿学专业的基础课程和专业课程教学相对独立,理论、实训、实习无法协调统一,影响人才培养质量。加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,已经成为高等中医药院校教育教学改革的紧迫任务。基于高等中医药院校针灸推拿专业"双师型"育人体系构建与实践课题研究,旨在解决我国高等中医药院校针灸推拿学专业"双师型"师资队伍建设存在的问题,并探索其建设路径。

On the Construction Path of Dual-qualified Teaching Staff of Acupuncture and Massage Major in Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

At present,there is a shortage of dual-qualified teaching staff in acupuncture and massage major in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the investigation of 23 colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in China,it is found that the basic courses and professional courses of acupuncture and massage in nearly half of the colleges and universities are relatively independent,and the theory,practical training and practice cannot be coordinated and unified,which affects the quality of talent training.It has become an urgent task to further strengthen the construction of dual-qualified teaching staff.Based on the research and practice of the construction of a dual-qualified education system for acupuncture major in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,this paper aims to solve the problems existing in the construction and explores its construction path.
