| Abstract: | The paper discusses the three characteristics of sd-tech journals: the capacity for information is big, the information is new and its sources are widespread. It also analyzes the foundation of lnformation superiority of sci-tech journals and puts forward the positive countermeasures of developing information superiority of sci-tech journals. |
