| Abstract: | Through the sorting out the history of our higher education,this paper analyzes the history reasons of Chinese universities administration from the country's political structure,history tradition,culture and psychological impact,and puts forward the strategies of clarifying the government's rights,protecting the autonomy of running university,safeguarding the academic freedom of scholars and conducting the Corporate Law Reform. |
