高考录取分数线的历史演化及理性分析

本文针对高考录取中"倾斜的高考分数线"的形成及其论争,从长时段考察了高考分数线演化的历史趋势,结合招生数量、高等学校地理分布等因素,本文认为对高考分数和"倾斜的高考分数线"的原因的认识不够理性和客观;考试公平和区域公平都各有其合理性,高考改革的方向是立足现实,在考试公平的区域公平之间寻找适度的平衡。

Historical Evolvement and Rational Analysis of the Minimum Mark for Admission in the College Entrance Examination

This paper reviews the historical evolvement of minimum mark of admission in the college Entrance Examination.Combined with enrollment number and geographical distribution of the colleges,the author thinks that the admission mark and the "inequitable admission mark" among different regions should be analyzed rationally and objectively.Impartiality in exams and in areas are both reasonable,but can't coexist.Hence,the goal of the reform is to pursue a balance between these two.
