| 摘 要： | 沃尔顿谬误理论的成熟形态是其谬误的语用论，认为谬误不在于论证本身，而在于论证的错误使用；将形式谬误与非形式谬误统一起来，使二者具有一致性；将谬误置于更广泛的对话语境中加以识别、分析和评价，具有鲜明的论辩特征。

| Abstract: | The mature model of Walton's theory of fallacy is the pragmatic theory of fallacy.The pragmatic theory of fallacy had the view that the fallacy is not with the argument itself,but with the wrong using of the argument.The pragmatic theory accommodates both informal and formal fallacies and is a consistent fallacy theory.Identifying,analyzing and evaluating the fallacy in the broader context of dialogue,the pragmatic theory of fallacy has more dialectical character. |
