| 摘 要： | 文化建设是高职院校加强学校管理、提高教育教学水平、实现教育教学目标的重要途径,它对高职教育的持续健康发展有着重要意义。但是,当前高职院校在文化建设中却存在着基础薄弱、发展滞后、重视程度不够等种种问题。认真研究高职院校特点和发展规律,采取切实有效地措施,加强高职院校文化建设已经势在必行。

| Abstract: | Culture construction is the important way for Higher Vocational Colleges to strengthen school management,improve the level of education and teaching,to achieve the teaching goal in Education.However,the current cultural construction in Vocational Colleges has many problems,for example,the weak foundation,the development lag,not enough attention and so on.Careful study of the characteristics of Higher Vocational College and the law of development,take effective measures,strengthen the cultural construction of vocational colleges have be imperative. |
