| 摘 要： | 高校教师业务档案是高校教师人事档案的重要组成部分,它主要由教师个人基本信息、教学、科研工作、荣誉获奖、学术交流等方面内容组成,在教师管理、师资队伍建设、教学评估、专业建设、项目申报等工作中具有非常重要的作用。在具体的实践中,探索教师业务档案建设的内容、重要性及管理过程中存在的问题,提出加强教师业务档案建设及管理的措施。

| Abstract: | The university teacher service file is the university personnel file important component,it was composed mainly of teachers basic information,teaching,scientific research,honor award,academic exchanges and other aspects of composition,in the management of teachers,teacher team construction,teaching evaluation,professional construction,project reporting and so has a very important role. According to my own experience in the job,talk about the teacher service file construction content,significance and problems in the course of management,put forward to strengthen teachers professional files construction and management measures. |
