| Abstract: | Managing the college students is the focus and key work in higher education,which is relevant to the students’ overall development and healthy growing,and to the success of education course and carrying out the national talent-strategies.The paper analyzes the features of current college students and puts forward the view that teachers should optimize the management for college students to improve the effectiveness of work. |
