| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。很多毕业生面临择业压力,缺乏正确认识,产生了诸多心理障碍,严重影响了其身心健康。文章从当前大学生择业心理问题表现入手,阐述和分析了大学生的择业心理特点与心理问题维度,深入探讨了大学生择业准则和缓解心理方法。

| Abstract: | Along with the employment situation is becoming increasingly grim,many graduates face employment pressure,lacking of correct understanding,have some psychological barrier,had seriously affected the physical and mental health.The article starts with the current graduates’ psychological problem performance,analysis of their employment psychological characteristics and dimensions,discuss their employment standards and mitigation methods. |
