西南民族地区人口问题与教育的相互约制关系及调适策略研究

实施西部大开发战略以来,西南民族地区的教育取得了很大的进步,人口问题也得到了相应的改善。但是,其相互约制关系仍然制约着该地区教育的发展和人口问题的解决。关注并解决该地区的人口数量、素质、构成等问题,厘清该地区教育与其人口的相互约制的关系,寻求合适的调适路径改善人口问题与教育发展的相互约制关系,推进该地区人口与教育的良性发展是解决西南民族地区人口问题的必然选择。

Research on Mutual Restraint Relationship between Population Issues and Education and Coping Strategies in Southwest Minorities Region

With the implementation of western development strategy,the education of the southwest minority region has made great progress,the population problem has also made a corresponding improvement.However,their mutual restraint relationship is still restricting the resolution of education and population issues.Solving the problems of the region’s population,quality,composition,can clarify the restraint relationship between education and population,and find appropriate ways to adjust their relationship to promote the development between region’s population and education which is an evitable choice to solve the population problems of the southwest minorities region.
