试论拓宽高校毕业生就业门路的主要经验和做法

经过10多年来的高校招生人数扩张,我国高等教育已经由"精英教育"转变成为"大众教育",毕业生人数逐年增长,大学生就业问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。积极拓宽毕业生就业门路,是高校就业工作的重点。文章在分析目前高校毕业生就业工作存在问题的基础上,探索分析了拓宽高校毕业生就业门路的经验和做法。

Discussion on College Graduates Employment to Broaden the Main Experience and Practice

After 10 years of university enrollment expansion,higher education in our country has already from "elite education" into "public education",the number of graduates has increased year by year,the employment problem of college students has increasingly become the focus of attention.Actively expand employment opportunities,is the focus of employment work in Colleges and universities.The article analyses the current employment of graduates in Colleges and universities on the basis of existing problems,to explore analysis of college graduates employment widens the experience and practice.
