| 摘 要： | 近代以传教士为桥梁的中西文化交流,是以地理大发现为发端的资本主义扩张的必然,体现着人类历史发展的进程。同时,中国社会的变革也需要与外来先进文化进行交流。两大原因的交织共同推动了中西文化的大融合,而西方传教士便成了中西文化交流的载体。

| Abstract: | The missionary is regarded as the bridge of the communication between Chinese and western culture in modern time.This kind of communication is the result of capitalism expansion,and the "Great Geographical Discovery "is the beginning of the expansion.On the other hand,we can recognize the process of human historical development through the communication.Meanwhile,the Chinese revolution also need to communicate with advanced culture of foreign countries.The interwease of two major reasons promotes the grate integration of Chinese and western culture.Then,western missionaries become a carrier of Chinese and western cultural communication. |
