| 摘 要： | 针对我国广大农村中小学农村教师的实际情况，通过提升农村教师利用图书馆资源的意识，发挥周边师范类高等院校的优势．重点建设好农村中小学图书馆，这些措施途径应该可以在很大程度上满足了当前农村教师素质教育需要的。
