摘    要:物业管理企业是物业管理服务供给者,在激烈的物业管理市场竞争中,如何以业主价值创造为出发点和归宿制定物业管理经营战略具有重要的意义;从顾客价值的理论定义人手,就物业管理企业基于业主价值制定经营战略的动因,以及如何创造业主价值提出了观点和看法;目的在于为物业管理企业经营战略的制定及经营活动的具体实施提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Property management enterprise is the supplier of the property management services. In the fierce competition of the property management market, it is of momentous significance how to work out management strategy of the enterprise according to and aiming at creating property owner's value. From defining the Theories of Customer Value, the article puts forward the writer's viewpoints about motivation of the enterprise producing management strategy according to the property owner's value and how to create the property owner's value. It is with an eye to the managing strategy establishment and put it into practice for the enterprise to draw lessons from.
