| Abstract: | Before invite biding ,library proceed the bibliography information integrate, can shorten the period of the invitation to bid activity, strengthen the invitation to bid's operability, increase the books' quantity to collect and keep the process. Before invite biding, the process that library proceeds integration of bibliography information is: completely collect the books bibliography the information, on time choose, check to seek repetition, and work well the last decision, and manufacture the invitation to bid order of the high quantity. |
