| 摘 要： | 何干之是以经济史研究见长的著名马克思主义史学家。三十年代，他对中国社会经济性质问题进行全面探讨，总结出中国经济的三大特点：“中国经济的半殖民地性”、“中国经济的半封建设性”、“死路一条的民族资本”。何干之的上述观点，在中国社会性质问题论战中产生了极大的影响。

| Abstract: | HE Gan zhi was a well known Marxist historian who was specialized in historical studies of economy. In the 1930's, HE Gan zhi began to thoroughly study the character of social economy of Modern China and summarized three main features of China's economy: semi colonial economy, semi feudal economy and dead end national capitalism. |
