| 摘 要： | 微生物技术是生物技术的重要组成部分。为了培养适合于社会需求的创新型、综合型生物技术人才,在实验教学中训练学生科学的思维和方法,将以往多个内容比较单一、具体的微生物技术实验整合成一个综合性连续的大实验。提高了学生实验兴趣、增强了实验主动性,取得了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Microbial technology is an important component of biotechnology.To meet the needs of the society for creative talents,the scientific ideation of the students must be cultivated to train their research ability.Therefore,an integrated continuous experiment was designed to replace the traditional single experiments of Microbial Technology.The enthusiasm of students was greatly increased,achieving very good result. |
