| 摘 要： | 对现有立体服装进行测量及再设计的实验,为服装设计教学中提供一种新的设计教学方法。通过单头三维非接触式扫描仪对已有服装进行光栅扫描,将立体服装实物真实数据录入电脑进行逆向软件点云拼接及三角网格虚拟图像输出,进入自由触觉设计系统,对已有服装衣领进行改造再设计的实验,充实服装设计实验教学。实验表明,单头扫描服装时可通过二次标定及转盘转动实现服装上下部扫描,同时通过标志点的手动拼接获得完整服装三维图像,再通过自由触觉设计系统对原有服装进行再设计,达到旧衣改造效果。实验的创新之处在于运用逆向工程技术,特别是运用单头非接触式结构光三维扫描仪和自由触觉设计系统在服装领域应用,拓展了三维服装设计的领域。
