| Abstract: | As one of the indispensable component to the perfection of students'English skills,spoken English teaching plays an important role in college English teaching.Based on analysis of functions played by formulaic sequences as a form of languages as well as its positive role in spoken English teaching,together with the writer's own teaching practice,this paper puts forward some related teaching approaches to demonstrate the advantage of formulaic sequences to promote teaching. |
