| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors define the concept of enterprise managers from a broader point of view,and propose attribute system for the enterprise managers' basic qualities,and establish an evaluation model for enterprise mangers' basic qualities by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgment. |
