商业银行试行客户经理制的思考

摘    要:随着我国加入WTO和市场经济的进一步深化,银行营销方式的改革也提到了议事日程,客户经理制这种全新的银行营销方式的引入也成为必然。但是,由于我国自身的一些原因,银行在试行客户经理制时,必须突破机制上、政策上的约束,不断创新,而不应是简单地照搬。在实施过程中,应建立相应的配套措施,使得客户经理人的职能和作用得到恰当而又充分的发挥。

Abstract:With China' s entering WTO and the further deepen ing of market economy,the revolutio n of the bank' s marketing methods is practically t aken into consideration,which makes it necessary to in-troduce customer-manager system---a completely new bank' s marketing method.However,due to some factors of our country' s own situation,our banks,in trial o perating the customer -manager sys-tem,have to shake off the restrictio n of the mechanism and policies,not t o simply copy others.More-over,we should set up relevant supporting measures to exert the function and the operation of the cus-tomer manager to a full and proper extent.
