| 摘 要： | 在江苏现代化进程中 ,南京具有良好的区位优势 ,处于特殊的战略地位。南京城市现代化的目标体系由规划管理、人口素质、生活质量、基础设施、经济结构、社会发展、城市环境七个方面构成 ,实施这一目标则需要从人的现代化建设 ,提升中心城市功能 ,调整城市空间结构 ,基础设施与生态环境建设等方面采取相应对策

| Abstract: | In the course of modernization of Jiangsu,Nanjing has its geographical advantages,and is placed in a special strategic position.Nanjing's modernization objective system is made up of planning management,population quality,living quality,basic facilities,economic structure,social development,and urban environment.In order to achieve these objectives,corresponding measures must be taken in the aspects of the modernization of the population,improvement of the city function,readjust the space structure of the urban areas and the basic facilities and environemtatal construction. |
