| 摘 要： | 随着民众追求高层次教育需求的增强,我国研究生教育规模不断扩张,有限的高等教育公共财政日趋紧张。在这种背景下,研究生教育实行成本分担不仅有利于研究生培养机制的创新,还有利于扩大研究生的教育规模,同时也符合国际高等教育财政体制改革的发展方向。

| Abstract: | With the increasing demand for higher education which has resulted in the expansion of postgraduate education in our country,the limited budget and public financial resource for higher education tend to display deficiency.In this background,the implementation of cost sharing for postgraduate education is not only favorable for the innovation of the system of postgraduate education,but is also favorable for enlarging the whole scale of postgraduate education.Meanwhile,it corresponds with the financial system reform of international higher education. |
