茂名市工业发展和环境变化及其对策分析

茂名是一个石油工业城市,拥有169个工厂和企业。随着工业的迅速发展,环境受到工业废物的严重污染。本文分析了城市的现状和环境变化的趋势,提出了经济、社会和环境同步发展的一些对策:新工厂必须向西和西南方向设置;大气防护带的布设;调整和完善功能区;辅助性工业的配置。

The Development of Industry,Environmental Change and Countermeasure Analysis of the Maoming City

Maoming is a petrochemical industry city, and situated in the southwestern part of Guangdong province. It is very rich in oil shale,and there are 169 factories and enterprises.With the rapid development of industry, the environment was severely polluted by industial wastes. In this paper the present state of the city and the gereral trend of environmental changes were analysed. Some countermeasures for the simultaneous development of economy,social and environment were put for- ward: 1. New factories must be located in the direction of west and southwest. 2. An atmospheric hygenic protection belt should be established. 3. Functional areas should be modified and perfected. 4. An auxiliary industry should be set up.
