| 摘 要： | 社会的进步与发展,人才的需要,根本的教育。而体育教学,除了对学生进行身体素质教育外,还可以对学生进行心理素质教育、政治思想素质教育、科学文化知识素质教育。素质教育提出面向全体学生,全面局长的教育思想。体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,它在实施素质教育中的作用是十分重要的,正如原教育部柳斌副部长在《基础教育的紧迫任务是实施素质教育》一文中指出：“体育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分,不可忽视体育。重视体育不只是要求学生有个好身体,还是要通过体育培养良好的的身体素质,优良的品质和心理素质,体育对于促进人的和谐发展是不可少的,也是不可替代的。

| Abstract: | One of the main ideas of the quality-oriented education is to help "all the students develop in an all-round way". The physical education (PE) is a key component of the school education and plays an important role in the quality-oriented education.Consequently, in the PE the students should be trained not only physically but also mentally, politically and ideologically. |
