C60-C80高性能商品混凝土的配制与应用

高性能混凝土(High Performance Concrete,HPC)是指具有高强度、高耐久性、高流动性等多方面优越性能的混凝土,是在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基础上采用现代混凝土技术制作的混凝土,它以耐久性作为设计的主要指标,针对不同用途要求,保证混凝土的适用性和强度并达到高耐久性、高工作性、高体积稳定性和经济性。因此被认为是目前全世界性能最为全面的混凝土,至今已在不少重要工程中被采用,特别是在桥梁、高层建筑、等工程。对于C60—C80级高性能混凝土的试验研究,该课题立足于采用广西当地的原材料、外加剂和矿物掺合料。采用双掺技术及常规生产工艺,经过实验、对比,证实了利用本地原材料配制HPC是可行的。注重技术的实用性,以利于尽快转化为生产力。

Preparation and application of C60-C80 high performance concrete products

High Performance Concrete(HPC) take modern concrete technology to greatly improve the performance of ordinary concrete which have many aspects of the superior performance such as high strength,high durability and high liquidity.For the different requirements,it takes durability as the main index of products to ensure applicability and strength of concrete,so that concrete products have performances such as high intensity,workability,volume stability,endurance,and etc.Therefore,it considered as the most comprehensive concrete all over the world presently,has been widely applied in many projects,particularly in bridges,high-rise building,and etc.The research of the high performance concrete based on raw materials admixture and mineral admixtures from Guangxi,and the double admixing technology and Conventional production process are applied to this work.The result states that it is feasible to prepare HPC with common local raw materials.Pay attention to the applicability of this technique,so that it may be rapidly converted to productivity.
