温州私营企业劳资关系现状调查

摘    要:近年来,温州私营企业劳资纠纷不断上升。主要问题有:工人实际月收入低;工资发放不及时;劳动时间长、强度大;参加社会保险率低;女职工权益没有得到切实的保障;招工中存在年龄、性别歧视;劳动合同不规范;工会职能错位。妥善解决这些问题,构建和谐的劳资关系,有利于促进温州私营经济健康发展。
