| 摘 要： | 作为一种公共支出的高等教育信息化投资,同样需要进行“成本—收益”分析。当前我国高等教育信息化的“成本—收益”方面存在着诸多问题,应该基于“成本—收益”的考虑,加快高等教育信息化的相关改革,以使高等教育信息化建设投资更加科学规范。
