| 摘 要： | 知识的快速增长对现有的教师培训提出了更高的要求，开放性培训已成为适应时代要求和培训改革的崭新理论。构建开放性教师培训体系，应以开放创新的培训理念为先导，以开放多元的培训资源为基础，以开放多样的培训形式为手段，以开放综合的培训评价为依托。
