作为学习型组织的学校发展理念、模式与策略

摘    要:走向学习型组织是当前学校管理理念创新的必然抉择。构建学习型组织理论的本质内涵就是"坚持以人的发展为本",而人的发展是学校发展的真正内涵。因此,"走内涵发展之路"是作为学习型组织的学校发展的应然模式。而要把学校真正建成学习型组织,就要摒弃那些"守成性"、"适应性"的学校管理策略,采取有效的发展性学校管理策略,建立起一种充满活力的、着眼于学校创新和未来发展的长效管理机制。

Abstract:Learning organization is integral in creation of current school administration belief.The essential connotation of constructing the learning organization theory consists in persistence of human-based development,which is the ultimate goal of school advancement.Therefore,learning-organization school should take the mode of connotation development.While to construct school into learning organization,we must eliminate such school administration strategies as conservativeness and adaptation,adopt effective strategies,and establish a long-term administration mechanism full of dynamism,creation and sustainability.
