高校创新型辅导员队伍建设长效机制的构建

摘    要:培养和造就创新型辅导员是新时期高校辅导员队伍建设的重要目标。应制订并推行辅导员创新组织制度、辅导员创新研发制度、辅导员创新项目保障制度、辅导员创新资源开发制度、辅导员创新培训制度、辅导员创新成果转化制度、辅导员创新成果奖励制度。

Abstract:Training of creative advisors is a significant objective of college advisors team construction.Colleges and universities must establish and implement for advisors’ innovation and creativity organizational system,innovative research and development system,project security system,resource exploitation system,training system,achievement transformation system and system of reward.
