摘    要:若要对新风机进行噪声分析及优化,必须建立其CAD参数化模型.而新风机通道形状十分复杂,采用传统CAD软件正向准确地设计出实体模型较为困难.基于此,采用逆向工程技术对XHBX-D2TH型号的新风换气机进行三维建模与装配.首先,采用三维数字化仪获取实物表面三坐标信息;然后,应用逆向工程软件Geomagic Studio对扫描仪获得的点云数据进行预处理和封装;最后,利用软件CATIA进行实体建模与装配,所得结构符合工程实际.

Abstract:If the fresh air machine is to be analyzed on noise and optimized, the CAD parameter model must be es- tablished. Because the fresh air machine channel is very complicated, the traditional software is difficult to design accurately entity model. In this paper, the XHBX - D2TH fresh air ventilator is modeled and assembled by using reverse engineering technology. Firstly, using the 3D digitizer, three coordinate information is obtained. Secondly, point cloud data is processed and packaged based on the software Geomagic Studio. Finally, the entity mode and assemble is completed using the software CATIA, the results accord with the actual engineering.
