深化学校内涵建设打造海西一流职校

深化内涵建设是办人民满意职业教育的必然要求,也是中职学校自身改革发展的客观需要,在加快发展现代职业教育的大视角下,深化中职学校内涵建设,必须进一步转变学校发展方式,着重从主体方面、机制方面、管理方面、自身方面找准深化中职学校内涵建设的问题.文章从福建省龙岩华侨职业中专学校实际出发,以重点项目为着力点,以二级管理为基本点,以师资建设为侧重点,以校企融合为根本点,全面深化中职学校内涵建设,在具体实施过程中,必须统筹协调,与时俱进,戮力同心,分级落实,形成实效,并注重引领策略、创新策略、文化策略和品牌策略,以全面推进学校内涵式发展,打造海西一流职业学校,提高学校的核心竞争力,在更高更新的层面上为区域经济社会发展提供优质服务.

Strengthening the Connotative Construction of the School to Create the First-class Vocational School on the West Coast of the Straits

Strengthening the connotative construction is the necessary requirement for the vocational education with which people are satisfied and is also the objective needs for the reform and development of the vocational schools themselves. To speed up the development of modern vocational education and to strengthen its connotative construction, it is necessary to further transform the development mode of the school and to locate problems from such aspects as the principal parts, mechanism, management and the school itself. This paper proceeds from the re- ality of Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School and takes the key project as the focal point, the two-level management as the basic point, the construction of the teaching force as the focus, and the integration of the school and the enterprise as the basic point, thus strengthening the connotative construction in an all-round way. In the im- plementation process, it is necessary to coordinate, to keep up with the times, to work hard as a team, to implement by classification, to be effective, and to attach importance to the guiding strategy, innovative strategy, cultural strate- gy, and brand strategy so as to promote the development of the school comprehensively, to create the first-class vo- cational school on the West Coast of the Straits, to improve the core competitive power of the school and to provide excellent service for the regional economic and social development at a higher level.
